Apex Luxury (Apex Luxury Transportation Inc) provides private chauffeur and black car service in Atlanta and Athens, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect when you book a ride by phone, on this website or in our app, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Your name and phone number.
• Pickup and drop off addresses, date and time of your ride, and notes for the driver such as a flight number.
• Your preferred language (English or Spanish).
• Payment details, which are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
• If you call our reservations line, a record of the call so we can complete and improve your booking.

How we use it

• To book, dispatch and complete your ride.
• To send you text messages about your ride if you opt in: driver assigned, vehicle and estimated arrival, reservation confirmation, driver arrived and trip started.
• To answer your questions and give customer support.
• To keep records required by law and to prevent fraud.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to texts (optional, unchecked box on our booking page), we send you text messages about your ride: driver assigned, vehicle and estimated arrival, reservation confirmation, driver arrived and trip started. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 messages per ride. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms at apexluxuryt.com/sms-terms/.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing your information

We share your name, pickup location and phone number only with the driver assigned to your ride, and with service providers that help us run the service (payments, maps, messaging and phone calls), who may only use it for that purpose. This does not include your SMS opt-in data and consent, which are never shared. We may disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep ride and call records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations.
