How to Opt In to Ride Texts

Apex Luxury (Apex Luxury Transportation Inc) sends ride notification texts only to passengers who actively agree on our online booking page. Consent is optional and is never required to book a ride.

Online, at apexluxuryt.com/book

Enter the pickup and destination and press See prices. Choose a vehicle and, in the Complete your request form, right below the mobile number field, there is an optional checkbox that is unchecked by default: "Yes, text me about this ride (driver, vehicle, arrival and reservation confirmation) from Apex Luxury. Optional, not required to book. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 per ride. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." with links to our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. Only passengers who check it receive texts.

What you receive

Right after opting in: "Apex Luxury: You're subscribed to ride texts about your booking (driver, vehicle, arrival). Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." Then, about your ride:

Apex Luxury: Your driver Michael is on the way in a black Cadillac Escalade and is about 8 min away. Reply STOP to opt out.
Apex Luxury: Your ride on Fri, Oct 9 at 7:30 AM is confirmed with driver Michael, black Cadillac Escalade. Reply STOP to opt out.
Apex Luxury: Your driver Michael has arrived. Look for the black Cadillac Escalade, plate ABC1234.
